For the last six years, we’ve been responsible for all of the application screening for vacation students – that means sifting through and making decisions on around 1,200 applications. From day one, we were fully immersed in the HR team, ensuring we could give their candidates a consistent end-to-end experience, and enabling us to embed the firm’s values and ethos into the screening process.

The Hong Kong arm of a global law firm

We’ve been awarded the contract to provide telephone interviewing for this firm’s Asian practice. We start in September 2021 and the project will be managed by our consultants in London and Sydney. Our broad geographical reach enables us to handle projects in a range of global locations, and to adapt our approach to meet the needs of different international recruitment markets.
